摘要
机场可达性是研究旅客从机场出发经航空运输系统到达其他机场的便利程度。借鉴可达性传统势能模型和效用模型,分析影响区域机场网络可达性的有关因素(连通性、出行时间等)并进行量化,尤其考虑不能直达的两个机场之间通过第三方机场进行中转的情况,引入可达性影响因子后,构建相关可达性模型,以期对区域内各机场的可达性和整个区域机场网络的总体可达性进行定量分析和评估。结合中国华东地区民用机场运营现状,计算所得的可达性指标值与实际较为吻合。
For the airport network,accessibility is a study on convenience for the passengers to reach other airports via the air transport system from the airport.Based on the traditional potential energy model and utility model,the evaluation models are constructed after analyzing and quantifying the factors affecting the accessibility of the regional airport network(the connectivity,the travel time,etc.).Especially,we consider the transit through other airports between the two airports that cannot be reached directly and introduce the accessibility impact factor to conform to reality better.Combined with the example of the airports in East China,the evaluation results turn out to be in good agreement with the actual situation.Consequently,the models are beneficial to quantitatively assessing the accessibility of the airports in the region and the entire regional airport network.
