摘要
为了改进现有的情绪演化模型,引入旅客性格、社会关系、线下接触网络及社交网络层面的个性等多重属性,构建航班延误旅客群体情绪演化双层网络模型,研究延误旅客群体情绪在线上社交网络与线下社会接触网络上的交互感染过程,并通过Anylogic仿真实验对比分析不同场景对延误旅客群体情绪值的演化影响。仿真证明,构建的情绪演化双层网络模型具有可行性,使得航班延误旅客群体情绪演化更加真实;且社交网络层的引入会加速旅客情绪演化与交互。
In order to improve the existing emotional evolution model,this paper introduced the multiple attributes of passenger personality,social relationships,offline and online social characters,etc.,to construct a two-layer network model for the emotional evolution of passenger group in the case of flight delays.It can study the emotional interactive infection process of delayed passenger group between online and offline social contact network.Afterwards,how the different scenes influence the delayed passenger group emotional value were analyzed through Anylogic simulation experiments.The simulation shows that the two-layer network model of emotion evolution constructed in this paper is feasible,which makes the emotion evolution of flight delay passenger group more real.Moreover,the introduction of social network will accelerate the evolution and interaction of emotion.
