摘要
以ACD320DF双燃料机高压油管为例,针对超高压管接头球面-锥面的不同结构形式、不同的预紧力大小进行了弹塑性分析,并借助于某些成熟机型的高压油管结构进行类比仿真分析,最后提出球面-锥面密封结构有限元分析的判定准则。研究结果表明,密封面接触线直径和管壁厚度对结构的应力应变的影响最大;当密封接触部位产生塑性变形时,密封可靠性更好,为球面-锥面密封结构的设计和有限元分析,提供了理论指导;其结构影响参数和计算判定准则可以直接应用于新产品的优化设计。
Took high pressure oil pipe of ACD320 DF dual fuel engine as example, the elastic-plastic is analyzed according to different spherical-conical structure of ultrahigh pressure pipe joint and different preload. Then simulation study based on some high pressure oil pipe structures of mature engines. Finally, the criterion for finite element analysis of spherical-conical sealing structure was proposed. The results show that the diameter of the contact line and the thickness of the pipe wall have the greatest influence on the stress and strain of the structure. When a certain plastic deformation occurs at the sealing contact, the sealing reliability is better, which provides theoretical guidance for design of spherical-conical sealing structure and finite element analysis. The structural influence parameters and calculation criteria can be directly applied to the optimization design of new products.
