地铁车车头脚蹬可靠性分析及优化设计

摘要 为了提高某地铁车头脚蹬的可靠性,运用有限元理论和结构优化技术对脚蹬进行强度可靠性分析及优化设计。考虑脚蹬的结构尺寸与材料属性等设计参数的不确定性,通过APDL语言建立脚蹬的参数化模型并对其进行静强度分析,使用ANSYS PDS模块,根据超常载荷下的失效判据建立脚蹬可靠性分析的极限状态方程,采用基于拉丁超立方采样的Monte-Carlo法对其进行强度可靠性分析。基于此,以柔度最小化为目标函数,以质量为约束条件,利用OptiStruct结构优化技术对脚蹬进行尺寸优化。研究结果表明,优化后的脚蹬在质量基本不变的条件下,其最大应力下降39.1%,同时可靠度由优化前的59.07%提升至100%,达到了设计要求。 In order to improve the reliability of the ankle of a subway car, the finite element theory and structural optimization technology are used to analyze the strength reliability and optimize the design of the ankle. Considering the uncertainty of design parameters such as structural size and material properties of the ankle, the parametric model of the ankle is established by APDL language and static strength analysis is performed. The ANSYS PDS module is used to establish the foot according to the failure criterion under the extraordinary load. The limit state equation of the reliability analysis is analyzed by the Monte-Carlo method based on Latin hypercube sampling. Based on this, the flexibility is minimized as the objective function and the quality is used as the constraint. The OptiStruct structure optimization technique is used to optimize the size of the ankle. The results show that the optimized ankle has a maximum stress of 39.1% under the condition of constant mass, and the reliability is improved from 59.07% before optimization to 100%, which meets the design requirements.
