摘要
设计了一种具有高气密性卸灰装置的电除尘器,该电除尘器包括灰斗、卸灰机构、进灰管、出灰管、积灰高度检测传感器和可编程控制器等部分。灰斗、进灰管、卸灰机构和出灰管自上而下顺次相连通;积灰高度检测传感器固定于灰斗内表面,以用于测量灰斗内的积灰高度;可编程控制器分别电连接于积灰高度检测传感器和卸灰机构,且可编程控制器与卸灰机构之间设置有变频器。该项技术由于采用了特殊的密封结构,既能确保高气密性,又能保证连续通畅卸灰,因而能很好地解决目前电除尘器卸灰装置因密封不严引起粉尘外泄、漏风、二次扬尘问题,同时也解决了因卸灰不畅通而引发灰斗积灰过多导致电场短路的严重问题,因而值得推广使用。
An electrostatic precipitator with high airtightness ash-unloading device is disclosed herein. The electrostatic precipitator comprises a ash hopper, an ash discharging mechanism, an ash inlet pipe, an ash outlet pipe, a ash height detecting sensor and a programmable controller. The ash bucket, the ash inlet pipe, the ash discharge mechanism and the ash outlet pipe are connected in sequence from top to bottom. The ash height detecting sensor is fixed to the inner surface of the hopper for measuring the ash height in the hopper. The programmable controller is electrically connected to the dust-height detecting sensor and the dust discharging mechanism respectively, and a frequency converter is disposed between the programmable controller and the dust discharging mechanism. Because of its special sealing structure, the technology can not only ensure high air tightness, but also ensure continuous and smooth discharge of ash. Therefore, it can solve the problems of dust leakage, air leakage and secondary dust emission caused by improper sealing of the dust discharge device of the current electrostatic precipitators, and can also solve the electric field short circuit problem caused by excessive ash accumulation in the hopper, so it has high practical value and promotional value.
