黄芪多糖对动物免疫器官生长发育的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Astragalus Polysaccharide on the Growth and Development of Animal Immune Organs

摘要 为了了解黄芪多糖对动物免疫器官的作用,以64只昆明鼠为试验动物,按照《中国兽药典2015版(二部)》提供的方法对4种黄芪多糖样品进行检测,每个样品分别设置试验组和对照组,试验期7 d;试验结束后将小鼠处死,称量其体重、脾重和胸腺重,并计算脾指数和胸腺指数,对试验组和对照组间的差异进行显著性检验。结果表明:脾重和脾指数试验组均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),胸腺重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),体重和胸腺指数均差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组与对照组相比脾重增长率为71.98%,胸腺重增长率为25.93%,体重增长率为5.67%;试验组脾重和胸腺重变异程度缩小而体重变异程度增大。此结果可为黄芪多糖的作用机理研究提供参考。 In order to understand the effect of Astragalus Polysaccharides on immune organs of animals,64 Kunming mice were used as experimental animals.Four samples of Astragalus polysaccharides were tested according to the methods provided by the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia 2015(Part II).Each sample was divided into experimental group and control group for 7 days.At the end of the experiment,mice were executed to weigh their body weight,spleen weight and thymus weight,and spleen index and thymus index were calculated.The difference between the experimental group and the control group was tested.The results showed that the spleen weight and spleen index of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01),the thymus weight was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in body weight and thymus index(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the growth rate of spleen weight was 71.98%,thymus weight was 25.93%,and body weight was 5.67%.The variation degree of spleen weight and thymus weight decreased while that of body weight increased in the experimental group.The results can provide a reference for the study of the mechanism of Astragalus polysaccharides.
