摘要
教师的素质是制约乡村教育发展的瓶颈。建设一支结构合理、数量相当、素质优良的农村教师队伍是利国利民的民心工程。通过政策倾斜、加速代谢、整合师资、提升素质等有力举措加强农村教师队伍建设。
The quality of teachers is the bottleneck restricting the development of rural education.Building a reasonable structure,equal number and excellent quality of rural teachers is a popular project for the country and the people.Policy support,accelerated metabolism,integration of teachers,and improved quality are powerful measures to build the team of rural teachers.
