On the Basic Principles of Complexity Science Management

复杂科学管理针对时代特征及面临的问题,提出了"18151"知识体系。其中1个思维模式、5个基本理论、1个方法论(解决方案)、1个假设(逻辑起点)、8个基本原理(对研究对象的认识,是复杂科学管理提出思维模式、基本理论及方法论的依据)。文章诠释、解析、论证了8个基本原理的深刻内涵,它们分别是对研究对象的整体认识(原理1);对研究对象中的人、资源、目标的认识(原理2,3,4);对研究对象内个体、要素的认识(原理5);对研究对象中组织与组织之间关系的认识(原理6);对研究对象中各种影响因素的认识(原理7);对研究对象整体特性的认识(原理8)。研究对进一步理解、传播、应用复杂科学管理(我们国家提出的原创性研究成果)有着深远的意义。

According to the characteristics of the times and the problems faced,the " 18151 " knowledge system of the Complexity Science Management( CSM) is put forward which includes one thinking paradigm,five basic theories,one methodology as solutions,one hypothesis for logical starting point,and eight basic principles as the understanding of the research object and basis of thinking paradigm,basic theory and methodology proposed by the Complexity Science Management. This paper interprets,demonstrates and argues the profound connotation of the eight basic principles,namely,the overall understanding of the research object( principle 1);The understanding of the people,resources and targets in the research object( principle 2,3,4);The understanding of the individuals and elements in the research object( Principle 5);The understanding of the relationship between the organizations in the research object( Principle 6);The understanding of various influences in the research object( principle 7);The understanding of the overall characteristics of the research object( principle 8). The research in this paper has far-reaching significance for further understanding,dissemination and application of the Complexity Science Management which is an original research results proposed in our nation.
