乡村振兴战略实施的四链融合--基于复杂科学管理视角

Four-chain Integration of the Implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy:From the Perspective of Complexity Science Management

乡村振兴是解决"三农"问题的重中之重。在文献研究的基础上,基于复杂科学管理视角进行分析,探讨了乡村振兴四链融合的内涵,构建了系统动力学模型,以湖北省乡村振兴试点区域武汉市蔡甸区为对象进行了模拟仿真。研究表明,通过增强政策链对三链的支撑保障,三链之间两两融合程度可助推乡村的振兴,而四链融合发展辅以人才和服务支撑的促进作用则更加明显。论文最后提出了基于四链融合促进乡村振兴的若干建议。

Rural rejuvenation is the top priority in solving the " three rural issues". On the basis of literature review,this study discusses the connotation of the four-chain integration of rural revitalization from the perspective of complexity science management,and builds a system dynamics model. Furthermore,taking Caidian district of Wuhan city,a rural revitalization pilot area in Hubei Province as an example,a simulation is carried out. The result shows that rural revitalization can be boosted by strengthening the role of the policy chain in supporting the three chains and the integration extent among them,and the promotion of the four-chain integration with the support of talent and service is more obvious. Finally,some suggestions are put forward on accelerating rural revitalization based on four-chain integration.
