论现浇混凝土楼板裂缝的成因与防治

随着现代社会的进步与发展,对建筑工程的建设质量要求也越来越高。近年来,现浇楼板在建筑工程中发展迅速,因为现浇楼板能有效提高房屋的整体性、抗不均匀沉降性和结构安全性,所以得到了广泛的推广和应用。但在现浇楼板中,裂缝是一个常见的质量问题,为了确保建筑工程质量,必须采取有效的措施,防止楼板裂缝的产生。本文以现浇混凝土楼板裂缝为研究对象,首先介绍了楼板裂缝的常见形态,然后论述了楼板裂缝产生的原因,据此提出了楼板裂缝的预防措施。

With the progress and development of modern society, the requirements for the quality of construction projects are getting higher and higher. In recent years, cast-in-place floor slabs have developed rapidly in construction projects. As cast-in-place floor slabs can effectively improve the integrity of the house, resist to uneven settlement and have structural safety, they have been widely promoted and applied. However, cracks are a common quality problem in cast-in-situ floor slabs. In order to ensure the quality of construction projects, effective measures must be taken to prevent the occurrence of floor slab cracks. This paper takes the cracks of cast-in-situ concrete floor slabs as the research object, first introduces the common forms of floor slab cracks, then discusses the causes of floor slab cracks, and finally puts forward preventive measures for floor slab cracks.
