浅谈工程项目安全文化的建设

Discussion on the Construction of Project Safety Culture

良好的安全文化对企业持续安全发展有至关重要的作用,本文结合笔者在工程项目安全管理中的工作经验,从三个层次对如何进行项目安全文化的建设做了简要分析,并在现有安全文化的基础上进行了思路拓展,以达到加强企业安全管理水平的效果。

A good safety culture plays a vital role in the sustainable and safe development of enterprises. Based on the work experience in project safety management, this paper briefly analyzes how to construct project safety culture from three levels. Based on the existing safety culture, this paper expands ideas to achieve the effect of strengthening the level of enterprise safety management.
