咖啡因及其代谢物的检测及应用研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 咖啡因是茶叶、咖啡豆等天然植物中常见的一种黄嘌呤类生物碱化合物,在生活中普遍存在,与生命健康关系紧密,临床上常用于治疗神经衰弱和昏迷复苏,是世界上使用最为广泛的精神活性药物,也因其具有成瘾性,被列入国家管制的精神药品范围。咖啡因体内代谢过程复杂,现已发现有15种代谢产物。咖啡因及其代谢物因其重要的科研应用价值一直受到普遍关注。本文综述了近年来关于咖啡因及其代谢物的研究,总结了咖啡因及其代谢物的检测方法及应用方面内容,以期为检验或临床工作者提供参考。 Caffeine is a psychoactive stimulatory alkaloid that naturally exists in plants such as cocoa beans,tea leaves and cola nuts.It is widespread in people’s life and is closely related to life and health.It is commonly used in the treatment of neurasthenia and for coma recovery.Caffeine is the world’s most widely used psychoactive substance.However,it is included in the state control of psychotropic drugs,for it is addictive.The metabolic process of caffeine in vivo is complex,and 15 metabolites have been found.Caffeine and its metabolites have been widely concerned because of their important value in scientific research.This paper reviews the studies of caffeine and its metabolites’analyzing methods and applications in recent years,in order to provide reference for laboratory and clinical peers.
