摘要
碘(I-3)对罗丹明B具有荧光猝灭作用,使荧光信号强度减弱甚至消失,而硫化氢可将I-3还原为I-,使体系荧光信号再现,据此建立了以碘-罗丹明B缔合物为荧光探针测定硫化氢含量的方法。在激发波长360 nm,发射波长580 nm条件下进行了硫化氢的荧光测定。结果表明,在0.02~14μmol·L^-1范围内,硫化氢浓度与其荧光强度变化值呈良好的线性关系,检测限为3.98×10^-9 mol·L^-1,加标回收率为97.80%~103.7%,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.51%~1.85%。空气中硫化氢最低检出量为6.76μg/m^3。方法简便快速、准确可靠、灵敏度高,用于空气中硫化氢的含量分析。
When the fluorescence signal intensity of Rhodamine B(RB)weakens or even disappears by Iodine(I-3)solution,hydrogen sulfide can reduce I-3 to I-,which makes the system fluorescent signal reappear.Based on this reaction,a method for determining the content of hydrogen sulfide by using the iodine-rhodamine B associate as a fluorescent probe was established.In this paper,360 nm and 580 nm were chosen as the excitation and emission wavelength respectively for measurement of hydrogen sulfide fluorescence intensity.Experimental results demonstrated that good linearity between the concentration of hydrogen sulfide and the fluorescence intensity were observed in the range of 0.02~14μmol·L^-1.The limits of detection(LOD)was 3.98×10^-9 mol·L^-1 and the relative standard deviations(n=6)ranged from 1.51%to 1.85%.The recovery rate was between 97.80%and 103.7%.The minimum detection amount of hydrogen sulfide in air is 6.76μg/m^3.So,the anti-fluorescence quenching method was simple,rapid,accurate and reliable,and could be used for the analysis of hydrogen sulfide in air.
