村庄异质性对乡村振兴战略实施的影响——基于湖南省“千村调研”数据

Study on the influence of village heterogeneity on rural revitalization——based on data of"thousand village survey"in Hunan Province

村庄是乡村振兴战略实施的基本地理承载单元。每个村庄在自然、社会、经济及文化等方面都呈现出了不同的表现形态和内部特征,这些差异化的内外部因素在一定程度上影响了乡村振兴推进的程度和效果。通过对湖南省14个州市887个村庄入户调查数据分析,建立多元有序logistic模型,选取了有关村庄特征的8个因素与乡村振兴水平之间的关系进行分析,研究表明,集体经济收入水平、政府政策性资金投入、参加专业合作社比例以及生态环境保护程度等4个因素对乡村振兴的影响是显著的,而自然条件、历史文化、交通条件、土地流转比例对于乡村振兴的影响作用并不明显,进而从发展集体经济、加强生态环境保护、培育新型农业经营主体、健全投入保障机制等方面提出了有助于乡村振兴战略顺利实施的相关建议。

The village is the basic unit for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Each village has different manifestations and internal characteristics in terms of nature,society,economy and culture.These differentiated internal and external factors have affected the extent and effect of rural revitalization to some extent.Through the analysis of household survey data of 887 villages in 14 cities of Hunan Province,a multi-ordered logistic model was established,and the relationship between the eight factors related to village characteristics and the level of rural revitalization was selected.The research shows that collective economic income,the government's policy capital investment,the proportion of participating professional cooperatives and the degree of ecological environmental protection on rural revitalization is significant,while the influence of natural conditions,historical culture,traffic conditions and land transfer ratio on rural revitalization is not obvious.It proposes relevant suggestions for the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy from the aspects of developing the collective economy,strengthening ecological environment protection,cultivating new agricultural management entities,and improving the investment guarantee mechanism.
