深圳城市更新中公共空间形塑过程研究——以深圳市龙岗区龙城街道五联竹头背和岭背坑片区更新单元为例

Study on the Shaping Process of Public Space in Urban Renewal of Shenzhen--A Case of the Renewal Units of Wulian Zhutoubei Area and Ling Beikeng Area on Longcheng Street in Longgang District,Shenzhen

随着深圳存量规划时代的到来,城市更新已成为城市公共空间增长与优化的重要途径,城市更新单元中公共空间的形塑过程和管治机理亟须投入及时的研究。本文以《深圳市龙岗区龙城街道五联竹头背和岭背坑片区城市更新单元规划》为例,追踪更新单元的历次规划审查和方案调整过程中公共空间的形态变化与动因,分析更新管理部门的导控作用以及落实效果机理,得出的结论可为优化城市更新单元中的公共空间系统提供实证借鉴。

With the advent of inventory planning in Shenzhen,urban renewal has become an important approach for the growth and optimization of urban public space.Therefore,it is highly necessary to study the shaping process and governance mechanism of the public space in urban renewal units planning.This paper,taking the planning of urban renewal units of Wulian Zhutoubei area and Ling Beikeng area on Longcheng street in Longgang district,Shenzhen as an example,analyzes the changes and motivations of public space forms during the planning reviews and draft adjustments.In addition,it also explores the guiding and controlling effects of urban renewal management as well as the final implementation.The conclusion provides empirical reference for guiding and controlling public space design in urban renewal unit management.
