老龄化视角下的15分钟社区生活圈划分研究——以成都市温江区三片区为例

Research on the 15-minute Community Life Circle Division from the Perspective of Aging--A Case of Three Areas in Wenjiang District,Chengdu

当前,老龄化呈快速增长的趋势,而老年群体日益增加的养老设施需求却难以得到满足。15分钟社区生活圈,不仅是对城市社区居民公共服务设施需求的政策反馈,也是应对老龄化城市养老问题的极佳方式。本文旨在研究15分钟社区生活圈的划分方式,充分考虑老龄人口的出行特征,以成都市温江区大学城片区、光华片区、清泉片区为范本,提出城市道路、现状公共服务设施布局、老年人可出行范围,以及人口总量和人口密度4个社区生活圈划分要素,并对各个要素进行梳理与陈述,探讨其具体的影响,着重考虑老龄化视角下的标准制定。根据研究过程得出结论:社区生活圈规划需要根据城市等级进行划分;应关注老年人出行难点;应保留、合并集中用地功能。

The aging trend is growing rapidly,and the increasing demand of the elderly for elderly facilities is difficult to meet.The 15-minute community life circle is not only a policy feedback on the needs of urban community residents for public service facilities,but also an excellent way for aging cities to cope with the problem of old age.This paper studies the 15-minute division of the community life circle,fully considers the travel characteristics of the elderly population.Based on the university town area,Guanghua area,and Qingquan area in Wenjiang District,Chengdu,this paper proposes four community life circle division elements of urban roads,the current public service facilities layout,the range of elderly travel,and total population and population density.Then it sorts out and explain various elements and explores its specific impact,focusing on the formulation of standards from the perspective of aging.Based on the process research,it is concluded that:the planning of the community life circle needs to be based on the city level;pay attention to the difficulties in the travel of the elderly;retention and consolidation of land use functions.
