Influence of the Existing Residential Enclosure Structure on Heat Consumption and Indoor Thermal Comfort in Cold Area

摘要 为了解寒冷地区既有住宅围护结构对其耗热量与室内热舒适的影响,本文以大连市为例进行了实地调研,在室内平均热感觉与操作温度回归的基础上,引进了室内热舒适评价指标热舒适率(TCR)。然后,借助能耗模拟软件DeST-h对不同围护结构形式下的住宅耗热量与室内热舒适率进行了模拟计算,并对其变化规律进行了研究。在此基础上,给出了以热舒适为前提的寒冷地区既有住宅外围护结构节能改造形式。 In order to understand the impact of the existing residential enclosure structure on heat consumption and indoor thermal comfort,a field survey was conducted in Dalian.On the basis of the return of indoor average thermal sensation and operating temperature,the indoor thermal comfort evaluation index was introduced.Then,it uses DEST-h to simulate heat consumption and calculate the thermal comfort rate(TCR)of the house under different envelope structures,and then studies the variation law.Finally,the effective transformation strategy on the existing building enclosure will be given to realize energy conservation based on thermal comfort.
