集约化管理模式的构建及对住院患者跌倒的预防作用研究

Study on the Construction and Effect of Intensive Management Mode of Fall Prevention in Inpatients

目的:研究住院患者预防跌倒集约化管理模式的构建与效果。方法:比较2017、2018年全院跌倒发生在全院不良事件中的构成比例、跌倒所致轻度伤害、重度伤害的发生率。并随机抽取2018年1-12月50例集约化管理模式的住院患者作为观察组,2017年1-12月50例常规管理模式的住院患者为对照组,于入院时、出院前1 d评价患者跌倒预防知识、意识和行为评分。结果:两组入院时预防跌倒知识、意识、行为评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组出院前1 d跌倒预防知识、意识、行为评分均明显高于入院时,且均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2018年跌倒占全院不良事件构成比、损伤程度均低于2017年(P<0.05)。结论:集约化管理模式可提高患者跌倒预防知识和意识,并积极采取各项有效行为,预防跌倒。

Objective:To study the construction and effect of intensive management model of fall prevention in inpatients.Method:The proportion of falls in adverse events in the whole hospital and the incidence of mild injury and severe injury caused by falls in 2017 and 2018 were compared.50 inpatients with intensive management mode from January to December 2018 were randomly selected as the observation group,50 inpatients with conventional management mode from January to December 2017 were selected as the control group,the fall prevention knowledge,awareness and behavior scores of patients were evaluated at the time of admission and 1 d before discharge.Result:There were no significant differences in the scores of knowledge,consciousness and behavior of fall prevention between two groups(P>0.05).The scores of fall prevention knowledge,consciousness and behavior in the observation group at 1 d before discharge were significantly higher than those admission and control group(P<0.05).The proportion of falls in adverse events and the degree of injury in 2018 were lower than those in 2017(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive management mode can improve the knowledge and consciousness of patients’fall prevention,and actively take effective actions to prevent falls.
