微创经皮钢板固定技术治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折患者的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究微创经皮钢板固定技术治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型骨折患者的临床效果。方法:在本院2018年2月-2019年4月收治的跟骨骨折患者中选取49例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为观察组25例和对照组24例,对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定技术治疗,观察组采用微创经皮钢板固定技术治疗,对比两组的手术时间、术中出血量、手术切口长度、骨折愈合时间、后并发症正发生状况和临床治疗总有效率。结果:观察组的各项手术指标均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的骨折愈合时间明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者选用微创经皮钢板固定技术,手术治疗更加顺利,对患者的机体损伤较小,骨折愈合时间早,术后并发症发生率低,临床整体治疗有效率显著较高,各项观察指标均能表明其临床具有较高的应用价值,值得在实际临床中推广应用。 Objective:To study the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous steel plate fixation in the treatment of SandersⅡandⅢfractures.Method:The total of 49 patients with calcaneal fractures were selected from February 2018 to April 2019 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups of observation group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group of 24 cases were treated with open plate internal fixation.The observation group of 25 cases were treated with minimally invasive percutaneous steel plate fixation.The operation time,the amount of intraoperative bleeding,the length of surgical incision,the time of fracture healing,the condition of post-complications and the total clinical treatment efficiency of two groups were compared.Result:The surgical indexes of the observation group were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of fracture healing in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical treatment efficiency in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanders typeⅡandⅢcalcaneus fracture patients choose minimally invasive percutaneous steel plate fixation technology,the operation is more smooth,less damage to the patient’s body,early fracture healing time,low incidence of postoperative complications,the overall clinical treatment effective rate is significantly higher,all the observation indicators can show that it has a higher clinical application value,it is worth popularizing in the actual clinical application.
