摘要 通过减温水的喷水作用,把主蒸汽温度控制在设定值,对于电站锅炉来说至关重要,主要针对660 MW超超临界锅炉的减温水管路的管径计算、管道附件和阀门等的选型等对减温水管路的设计进行说明,并对运用PDMS三维工厂设计软件直接进行三维布置管路的方式做介绍,以突出三维布置管路相比较于传统二维平面布置所具有的优势。 It is very important to control the temperature of main steam at the set value through the spray function of desuperheating water. This paper mainly explains the design of desuperheating water pipeline for 660 MW ultra supercritical boiler, such as the calculation of pipe diameter, the selection of pipe accessories and valves, etc., and the way of using PDMS 3 D plant design software to directly arrange the pipeline. This paper introduces the advantages of three-dimensional pipeline layout compared with the traditional two-dimensional layout.
