耦合增强电袋复合除尘器除尘性能实验测试研究 被引量:3

摘要 为评估新型耦合增强电袋复合除尘器对粉尘的脱除能力,分别对某电厂5号、6号锅炉配套的传统前电后袋式除尘器和耦合增强电袋复合除尘器进行粉尘及微细粉尘脱除效率测试。结果表明:耦合增强电袋复合除尘器对粉尘的脱除效率达99.958%~99.974%,对微细粉尘的脱除效率达99.101%~99.938%,分别比传统电袋复合除尘器高0.021%~0.027%和0.152%~0.281%;脱除效率随微细粉尘粒径的增大而增大;在所有电区中,混合电区对粉尘脱除的贡献最大。新型耦合增强电袋复合除尘器对粉尘及微细粉尘的脱除效率高于传统前电后袋结构的电袋复合除尘器,是一种可靠、高效的除尘设备。 In order to evaluate the dust removal performance of new coupling reinforced electrostatic-fabric integrated precipitator(EFIP), the dust and fine dust removal efficiencies were tested on traditional EFIP and new coupling reinforced EFIP which were installed at No.5 & No.6 boiler in a power plant, respectively. The results showed that the dust removal efficiency of integrated advanced EFIP is up to 99.958%~99.974%, the fine dust removal efficiency is up to 99.101%~99.938%, the removal efficiency is 0.021%~0.027% and 0.152%~0.281% higher than traditional EFIP, respectively;the dust removal efficiency increases with the increasing of the fine dust size;the dust removing contribution of mixed electric area is larger than any other electric area. The new coupling reinforced EFIP is a reliable and efficient dust removal equipment, its dust and fine dust removal efficiencies are higher than traditional EFIP.
