加快教育强国建设必须坚持把教师队伍建设作为基础工作,着力建设一支高水平的教师队伍。针对高校教师管理工作要"讲政治"的问题,从四个方面进行阐述,提出"讲政治"应贯穿于学校的每一项工作中,特别是在教师管理中必须"讲政治",只有这样,才能确保教师在教书育人实践中解决为谁培养人、培养什么样的人、怎样培养人的问题。

To speed up the construction of a strong educational country,we must persist in taking the construction of teachers as the basic work and focus on building a high-level teaching team.Aiming at"strengthening political education"in the management of teachers in colleges and universities,the author expounds it from four aspects,and puts forward that political education should run through every work process of schools,especially in the management of teachers,so as to ensure that teachers can better understand the question of"for whom to cultivate people,what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate people".
