研究生团建工作现状分析及对策建议

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Suggestions of Graduate League Construction

团建工作的良好开展对于巩固党在研究生群体中的地位起着非常积极的作用[1]。目前一些院校研究生团建工作在开展过程中出现了一些问题,比如:团组织机构不完善,团员意识淡薄,团支部活动缺乏特色等。这些对研究生共青团组织发展不利,对研究生团员的成长成才不利,从而导致研究生群体中党员的比例在降低。文章基于出现的实际问题,提出了相应的改善措施。

The good development of the League building work plays a very positive role in consolidating the Party’s position in the graduate student group.At present,there are some problems in the process of the construction of the graduate League in some colleges and universities.For example,the organizational structure of the league is not perfect,the awareness of the League members is weak,and the activities of the League branch lack characteristics etc.These problems are not conducive to the development of graduate Youth League organizations and the growth of graduate League members,resulting in the reduction of the proportion of Party members in the graduate group.Based on the actual problems,this paper puts forward corresponding improvement measures.
