新时代强军思想下大学生入伍动机研究

Study on the Motivation of College Students Joining the Army in the New Era

征集大学生入伍,是党中央、国务院、中央军委着眼战略全局做出的重大决策。既是新形势下加强国防和军队现代化建设、依托国民教育为部队输送高素质人才的必然要求,也是发挥军队育人优势、促进青年学生成长成才的重要举措。文章以北京某林业大学在校生为调研对象,从个人意愿、发展与就业、经济利益等三个方面对大学生入伍动机进行了调查研究,并在简要分析的基础上,提出高校正确引导在校大学生积极报名应征入伍的三项措施:积极营造参军光荣的校园氛围;不断加强政策宣传,完善大学生应征入伍配套体系;采用"军地协同""政校联合""校企联合"策略,以完善退伍大学生就业安置。

College students are recruited to join the army according to the significant decision by Central Communist Party of China,the State Council of China and Central Military Commission.It is not only the inevitable requirement of strengthening the modernization of national defense and the army and relying on national education to cultivate high-quality talents for the army,but also an important measure to give full play to the advantages of military education and promote the growth of young students.This paper takes students from a forestry college in Beijing as the research object to make an investigation and study on their motivation for enlistment from three aspects:personal will,development and employment,and economic interests.Based on the brief analysis of the above three aspects,the author puts forward three measures for colleges and universities to guide college students to sign up for enlistment:building up a good campus atmosphere for joining the army,strengthening policy propaganda and perfecting the job arrangement for retired college student soldiers.
