工科大学生专业素质培育中工匠精神的融入研究 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国经济的快速发展,各行业领域对工科大学生的专业素质要求越来越高,但是在实际的人才培养中,工科大学生普遍存在动手能力较差的情况。如何提高工科大学生的专业素质成为高校面临的一大问题。伴随"工匠精神"的提出,这一理念已经上升为国家态度,高校要抓住这一发展契机,将工匠精神融入工科大学生专业素质培育中,提高工科大学生的综合素质。该作者在分析工匠精神的含义、工科大学生专业素质培育融入工匠精神的必然性的基础上,重点对融入工匠精神的途径进行了阐述,以期我国高校培育出更多优秀的富有工匠精神的工科人才。 With the rapid development of our economy,higher professional quality of engineering students in various fields is increasingly demanded,but in actual talent training,engineering students generally have poor practical ability.How to improve the professional quality of engineering students has become a major problem faced by universities.The proposal of"craftsman spirit"has attracted the attention of all the schools of our country.Universities should seize this opportunity to integrate"craftsman spirit"into the cultivation of professional quality of engineering students and improve the comprehensive quality of engineering students.Based on the analysis of the meaning of"craftsman spirit"and the necessity of integrating this spirit into the professional quality training of engineering students,this paper focuses on the integration methods with a view to cultivating more excellent engineering talents with"craftsman spirit"in colleges and universities.
