加大文史哲教育对于培养医学生的必要性

众所周知,医生由医院和医科院校共同负责培养,医院为医生提供丰富的工作经验来提升其医学技术,院校在讲授基础医学知识的同时还担负着其文化素质教育。文化素质教育不是靠专业知识教育或者辅导员的班会教育就能完成的,只有完善的文史哲教育课程才能引导医学生成为兼备社会责任感和综合素质能力的医生。然而,在当前大多数医学院校的培养方案中,文史哲教育并未受到足够的重视,故加强文史哲教育对于培养医学生是很有必要的。

Medical talents are cultivated by medical colleges and hospitals.They can gain their medical skills and medical knowledge there,but the education of literature,history and philosophy is not enough.In fact,most medical colleges do not have enough education in this aspect.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the education of literature,history and philosophy to train medical students.
