摘要
工匠精神是应用型本科院校转型升级的内在价值引领和外在理性指导。文章以徐州工程学院这所应用型本科院校为例,从内涵理解度、情感认同度和培养重视度展开问卷调查,分析应用型本科院校在工匠精神培育上存在的主要问题,并从学校、企业、政府三个角度提出解决策略。
"Craftsman’s Spirit"is the internal value and external rational guidance of application-oriented universities which are in the process of transformation and upgrading.This paper takes Xuzhou University of Technology,which is an applied undergraduate college in Jiangsu Province,as an example to analyzes the main problems in the cultivation of"Craftsman’s Spirit"from three aspects:the degree of connotation understanding,emotional identity and cultivation importance.Finally,this paper proposes some problem-solving strategies from three aspects:school,enterprise and government.
