摘要 文章结合校院人才培养目标和航空公司应用型人才的要求,提出在课程建设中融入"雨课堂"教学方式和CDIO教育模式的基本理念。建议充分发挥学生在教学过程中的主导作用,鼓励学生于课前积极主动地查阅文献资料以获取知识,同时利用课后时间进行拓展学习,以加深其对课堂教学内容的理解,锻炼其主动发现问题和解决问题的能力,最终实现培养具有创新和实践能力的应用型人才的目标。 Combining the training goals and the requirements of airlines’application-oriented talents,the article puts forward the basic concept of integrating Rain Classroom teaching method and CDIO education model in the course construction of Airframe and System of Airplane.It is recommended to give full play to the leading role of students in the teaching process,encourage students to actively consult documents and materials before class to obtain knowledge,and use the time after class to expand learning,which can deepen their classroom understanding,exercise their ability to find and solve problems,and finally achieve the goal of training application-oriented talents with innovative and practical capabilities.
