摘要
相对于教学实践对高效课堂的热切呼唤,高效课堂的理论建构相对滞后。高效课堂的实现不能一蹴而就,要分以下三步走:避免负效、无效的课堂,提高课堂教学的有效性,构建高效的课堂。构建高效课堂的最终目标在于形成一种新的学校文化,我们的每一次成功都是现有历史条件下的进步,是对高效课堂的发展和完善,而不是高效课堂的终结,这三步之间不是时间的先后关系,而是相互渗透的三个方面。
The efficient classroom theoretical construction lags behind the teaching practice.The realization of efficient classroom does not appear overnight,but the following three steps are necessary:to avoid invalid class,to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching,to build efficient classroom.The ultimate goal to build efficient classroom is to form a new kind of school culture.Every success is a progress under the existing historical conditions.It is the development and improvement of the efficient classroom,not the end of the efficient classroom.The three steps are not in time sequence,but the three aspects of mutual penetration.
