摘要
高等教育质量水平的高低决定着所培养人才的质量,继而决定着国家的未来。学生学习成果是高等教育质量评估的核心内容,高等教育质量也始终是衡量学生学习的最终落脚点。在高等教育大众化的进程中,政府、社会、家长和学生各方日益重视对高校办学质量的问责。在这种问责背景下,高校不得不通过教育质量评估的方式向政府及社会大众提交答复。学生学习成果是高等教育质量的直接体现,也是学校应对外界问责的重要依据。
The quality of higher education determines the quality of the talents cultivated,and determines the future of the country.The student learning outcome is the core content of the quality assessment of higher education,and the quality of higher education is always the final landing point to measure students’learning.In the process of popularizing higher education,the government,society,parents and students pay more and more attention to the accountability of the quality of colleges and universities.In this context of accountability,colleges and universities have to be responsible to the government and the general public through the assessment of the education quality.The student learning outcome is the direct embodiment of the quality of higher education,and it is also an important basis for schools to take their responsibility.
