摘要
目的:了解定向全科医学生人文素质教育情况,以期找到更合理的方法提高其人文素质。方法:对重庆医科大学第五临床学院定向全科医学生人文素质教育现状做问卷调查,对其结果进行分析。结果:定向医学生对人文素质教育的认知情况欠佳;定向医学生对学校人文素质教育满意度总体欠佳;学校及附属医院对人文素质教育存在诸多不足;定向医学生个人思想道德修养、人文素质水平仍有待提高。结论:学校应提高人文素质教育的重视程度,优化和丰富教学形式,改进教学方法,提高人文素质教育课程教师的人文素养,提升人文素质教学效果,从而提高定向医学生综合素质,为基层卫生系统输送高素质医学人才。
To investigate the humanistic quality education of oriented general medical students and find a more reasonable way to improve their humanistic quality,we conduct a questionnaire survey on the status of humanistic quality education for general medical students in the Fifth Clinical College of Chongqing Medical University.Results show that oriented medical students’recognition of humanistic quality education is inadequate;the satisfaction level of oriented medical students with the school’s humanistic quality education is generally low;the schools and affiliated hospitals have many deficiencies in humanistic quality education;both the oriented medical students’ideological and moral cultivation and humanistic quality still need to be improved.This paper proposes that schools should increase the importance of humane quality education,optimize and enrich teaching methods,improve teaching methods,improve the humanistic quality of teachers of humanistic quality education courses,and improve the teaching effect of humanities,so as to improve the comprehensive quality of oriented medical students and provide high quality medical talents for the primary health system.
