The cultivation goal of higher vocational education is to train applied senior technical and corresponding professional talents.Based on thorough understanding the student’s basic circumstance,cultivating sound personality,making rules and disciplines,and designing career scientifically,this article discusses how head teachers carry out the student work in order to improve the comprehensive quality and competitiveness of students,thus to promote better and more well-rounded development of students.
