铌钼锰对弹簧扁钢表面脱碳影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 化学成分对钢的脱碳敏感性有较大影响,本次对河钢石钢2019年生产的三个牌号弹簧钢LPD51-2、LPD55-2、51CrV4进行统计分析。选取的三个牌号弹簧钢在Nb、Mo、Mn成分上存在差异,其余成分相同或相近。在轧制加热工艺相同的条件下,三个牌号弹簧钢的脱碳超标率最高相差近20%,且LPD55-2、51CrV4的加热时间对其脱碳超标率影响较大,成线性关系,LPD51-2的加热时间对其脱碳超标率影响较小。最后认为出现上述情况的原因是添加少量的Nb和Mo,降低了钢的脱碳敏感性,少量的Mn对脱碳敏感性几乎不存在影响。 The chemical composition has a great influence on the decarbon sensitivity of steel.This paper makes statistical analysis of the three brands of spring steel LPD51-2、LPD55-2 and 51CrV4 produced by Shisteel in 2019.The three selected brands of spring steel have differences in the composition of Nb、Mo and Mn,and the remaining components are the same or similar.Under the same conditions as the rolling heating process,the maximum decarbonization rate of the three steels is nearly 20%,and the heating time of LPD55-2 and 51CrV4 has a greater impact on the decarbonization rate.The heating time of LPD51-2 has less effect on its decarbonization rate.Finally,the reason for the above situation is that the addition of a small amount of Nb and Mo reduces the carbon sensitivity of the steel,and a small amount of Mn has little effect on the carbon sensitivity.
