摘要
通过对304冷板的退火工艺试验,研究了使用该工艺对后序工序的生产影响以及表面影响。结果表面低温退火可防止退火过程中二次氧化造成的大量铁鳞嵌入基体,一方面改善原料退火后表面形貌,另一方面可减轻后续酸洗负担。
Through the annealing process test of 304 cold plate,the influence of this process on the production and surface of the subsequent process was studied.Results surface annealing at low temperature can prevent a lot of iron scales from embedding into the matrix caused by secondary oxidation during annealing.On the one hand,it can improve the surface morphology of raw materials after annealing,on the other hand,it can reduce the burden of subsequent pickling.
