芜湖新兴1280 m^3高炉中修后选择枕木开炉,20 h即恢复正常操作,开炉第四日日产即达到3700 t,燃料比510 kg/t,达到设计产能从时间上看比行业平均30~40 h左右的开炉用时提前了10~20 h,从达产时间看,行业一般一周达产,此次只用时4 d,并且燃料指标迅速达到行业先进水平。

After the medium repair of Wuhu Xinxing 1280 m^3 blast furnace,the sleeper was selected to open the furnace,and the normal operation was resumed in 20 hours.The daily output on the fourth day of opening was 3700 t,the fuel ratio was 510 kg,and the designed capacity was 10~20 hours earlier than the average opening time of 30~40 hours in the industry.In terms of production time,the industry generally reaches production capacity in a week,this time only takes 4 days,and the fuel index quickly reaches the advanced level of the industry.
