摘要
针对太钢生产计划系统作了简要介绍,重点分析了短期计划的主要功能运用,决策策略、运行效果,提出了影响系统运行效果的主要因素和关注重点。
This paper briefly introduces the production planning system of TISCO,mainly analyzes the main functions,decision-making strategies and operation effects of the short-term plan,and puts forward the main factors affecting the operation effect of the system and the focus of attention.
