S型无碳小车结构创新设计与分析

摘要 基于全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛,采用Solidworks以及Ansys等软件对S型无碳小车进行结构创新设计以及分析。利用齿轮机构将砝码的重力势能高效地转化为后轮力矩,利用曲柄摇杆机构简洁精确地实现无碳小车的转向。通过Ansys软件对小车底盘进行力学分析,得到相关应力应变图,证明了设计的可靠性。通过Solidworks软件进行建模并对无碳小车进行运动仿真,得到其运动轨迹图以及前轮转角规律图,进一步证明了设计的可行性。 In order to cooperate with the theme of the National Undergraduate Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition, Solidworks, Ansys and the other 3D software were used to design a S-type carbon-free car driven by gravity potential. Gear mechanism was used to efficiently convert the gravity potential into the rear wheel torque, crank rocker mechanism was used to achieve the turning of carbon-free car. Ansys software was used for mechanical analysis of the chassis of the car to proved the reliability of the design, and Solidworks software was used for motion simulation of carbon-free, which proved the feasibility of the design.
