摘要 为降低采煤机摇臂齿轮传动系统功率损耗,针对采煤机摇臂齿轮传动系统存在的搅油损失问题,基于1 200 kW采煤机摇臂齿轮传动结构的主要组成及特点,分析了齿轮功率损耗对润滑油池油液的影响,提出了计算单级齿轮搅油损失的两种方法,并分别用这两种方法计算了采煤机摇臂齿轮单级齿轮搅油损失。结果表明:这两种单级齿轮搅油损耗量的计算方式相似,均能够用于采煤机截割齿轮传动体系的搅油损耗量的计算;随着摇臂摆角与初始浸油深度的增大,搅油损失也都随着增大。 In order to reduce the power loss of the rocker gear transmission system of the shearer, based on the main problem of the 1 200 kW shearer rocker gear transmission structure and the oil loss of the shearer gear transmission system, the influence of gear power loss on the oil in the lubricating oil pool was analyzed, and two methods for calculating the oil loss of single-stage gear are proposed. The two methods were used to calculate the oil loss of the single-stage gear of the rocker gear of the shearer. The results show that the two types of single-stage gears have similar calculation methods for the loss of oil, which can be used for the calculation of the amount of oil loss in the shearer transmission system of the shearer. With the increase of swing angle and initial immersion depth of rocker arm, the loss of stirring oil also increases.
