摘要
25Cr2Ni4MoV合金钢广泛应用于大型发电机转子领域,通过对25Cr2Ni4MoV钢的深孔加工过程进行试验,研究出一种适用于高合金钢的深孔加工工艺,对我国发电机领域的研究有极大意义。主要针对不同的主轴转速、不同进给量下的切屑形状、排屑情况、加工系统稳定性进行详细研究。采用单因素实验法分2组进行实验,一组进给量设为定值改变主轴转速,另一组主轴转速设为定值改变进给量,得出适合25Cr2Ni4MoV钢的最佳切削条件,试验研究得出:25Cr2Ni4MoV钢最佳转速范围是140~200 r/min,最佳进给量范围是0.16~0.22 mm/r。
25Cr2Ni4MoV alloy steel is widely used in the field of large generator rotors. Through the deep hole processing of 25Cr2Ni4MoV steel, a deep hole processing technology suitable for high alloy steel has been studied, which is of great significance to the research of generator field in China. The chip shape, chip removal and the stability of the machining system under different spindle speed and feed rate were mainly studied. The single factor experiment method was used to carry out the experiment in two groups. One group of feed was set as the fixed value to change the spindle speed, the other group of spindle speed was set as the fixed value to change the feed, and the best cutting conditions suitable for 25Cr2Ni4MoV steel were obtained. The experimental study shows that the best speed range of 25Cr2Ni4MoV steel is 140~200 r/min, and the best feed range is 0.16~0.22 mm/r.
