摘要
室内装修贴墙纸主要是由人工完成,装修效率低且工人爬高具有一定的危险性。针对此问题,设计一款新型自动贴墙纸机,主要由涂基膜机构、升降机构、上胶机构、敷贴机构以及裁纸机构组成。该机器在PLC控制系统的控制下,能够实现涂抹基膜、墙纸上胶、敷贴墙纸、裁纸等一系列贴墙纸工艺的自动化,并可根据墙纸尺寸进行调节,以提高贴墙纸装修的生产效率,具有很好的市场应用前景。
The indoor wall pasting is mainly done manually, which is inefficient and dangerous for workers to climb up. A new type of automatic wallpaper sticker was designed to solve these problems. The machine is mainly composed of five mechanical structures, including coating film mechanism, lifting mechanism, gluing mechanism, plastering mechanism and paper cutting mechanism. The machine, with PLC control system as its control core, can perform the automation of a series of wallpaper sticking processes, such as coating base film, gluing wallpaper, sticking wallpaper, cutting paper, etc. The machine can also adjust automatically according to the size of wallpaper. It shows high efficiency of wallpaper sticking and good market application prospects.
