Design of Automatic Warehousing Monitoring Software Based on OPC Communication

为解决自动存储系统中PLC控制网络与监控软件网络之间异构网络互联问题,采用OPC通信技术搭建网络互联模型,以实现异构网络的集成,并使用C#语言编写系统监控软件操作平台。实验证明,PLC控制网络与监控软件控制网络之间的数据传输可靠,监控软件运行平稳,目前已成功应用于某自动仓储仿真系统。

In order to solve the problem of heterogeneous network interconnection between PLC control network and monitoring software network in automatic storage system, OPC communication technology was used to build network interconnection model to realize the integration of heterogeneous network, and C# language was used to compile system monitoring software operation platform. Experiments show that the data transmission between the PLC control network and the monitoring software control network is reliable, and the monitoring software runs smoothly. It has been successfully applied to an automatic warehousing simulation system.
