摘要
在矿井日常采煤作业中,采用人工控制采煤机进行综采作业时,时常会出现过采问题以及触顶问题,为解决这些问题,设计了一种采煤机智能综采控制系统。具体介绍了该系统的主要结构、工作原理,并进行了智能综采控制过程分析,主要对液压支架的顺序控制、采煤机自动调高控制以及刮板输送机对直控制进行了重点分析。经仿真分析发现,通过应用该种人工记忆智能综采截割控制系统,不仅可实现采煤机的远程控制,而且能实现精确截割,有助于大幅减少采煤工作面人员数量,提高采煤效益。
In the daily coal mining operation of the mine, when using the artificial control Shearer to carry out the comprehensive mining operation, there are often over mining problems and roof touching problems. In order to solve these problems, an intelligent comprehensive mining control system of the shearer was designed. The main structure and working principle of the system was introducesd, and the process of intelligent comprehensive mining control was analyzed. The sequence control of the hydraulic support, the automatic height adjustment control of the shearer and the straight control of the scraper conveyor were mainly analyzed. Through the simulation analysis, it is found that the application of this kind of artificial memory intelligent comprehensive mining cutting control system can not only realize the remote control of the shearer, but also realize the accurate cutting, which is helpful to greatly reduce the working face personnel and improve the mining efficiency.
