摘要
有限元仿真是一种重要的CAE分析手段,在工程热物理研究方面有良好的应用效果。以盘式制动为例,对工程热物理中的传热理论进行了解析,采用ANSYS建立盘式制动器的瞬态热分析模型,考虑对流换热系数的动态变化,得出制动盘的瞬态温度场云图。结果表明,制动盘表面的温度分布表现出显著的差异性,轴向方向的传导速率大于径向方向。
Finite element simulation is an important CAE analysis method, which has good application effect in engineering thermophysics research. Taking the disc brake as an example, the heat transfer theory in engineering thermophysics was analyzed, the transient thermal analysis model of disc brake was established by ANSYS, and the transient temperature field cloud chart of brake disc was obtained by considering the dynamic change of convection heat transfer coefficient.The results show that the temperature distribution of the brake disc surface shows significant difference, and the conduction rate in the axial direction is greater than that in the radial direction.
