中压配网主流产品仍然是10 kV SF6全绝缘断路器柜自动化成套设备,其中主要配置额定电流630 A的真空断路器。为了向用户提供性能稳定、可靠的SF6全绝缘断路器自动化成套设备,对真空断路器性能稳定性开展了大量的试验工作。针对关键零部件例如真空灭弧室、触头弹簧、凸轮、触刀片等的使用性能进行分析验证,总结出一套充气柜专用元器件的技术方案,为提供性能稳定、可靠,达到相关技术标准与用户要求的产品打下基础。

The mainstream products of medium voltage distribution network are still 10 kV SF6 fully insulated circuit breaker cabinet automation complete sets of equipment, which are mainly equipped with vacuum circuit breakers with a rated current of 630 A.
