摘要 为提高胶带输送机的安全性、可靠性以及运行效率,基于具体的工程地质条件介绍了漳村煤业大巷胶带输送机运输设备的选型方法,计算了各类主要选型参数,主要包括最大运量计算、圆周力计算、电动机功率计算、允许最小张力计算以及安全系数计算等。分析了当前胶带输送机常用的几种软驱动形式,并把PLC控制系统引进胶带输送机控制系统,进一步增强了胶带输送机的人机交互性,减少了人为操作的介入,显著提高了胶带输送机运输效能。 In order to improve the safety, reliability and operation efficiency of the belt conveyor, based on the specific engineering geological conditions, the selection method of the belt conveyor transportation equipment in zhangcun coal industry roadway was introduced, and calculates various main selection parameters, including the calculation of the maximum traffic volume, the calculation of the circular force, the calculation of the motor power, the calculation of the allowable minimum tension and the calculation of the safety factor. Several kinds of soft drive forms commonly used in the belt conveyor at present was analysed, and PLC control system into the belt conveyor control system was introduced, which further enhanced the human-computer interaction of the belt conveyor, reduced the intervention of human operation, and significantly improved the transportation efficiency of the belt conveyor.
