摘要
为解决采煤机喷雾系统供水量小、雾化效果差以及截齿损耗较严重等问题,对采煤机的喷雾结构进行了改进,主要包括供水管路、冷却系统、喷雾装置以及管路护板等,并提出了怎样选择喷雾结构材料以及如何强化喷雾结构系统。实际应用结果表明,改进后的喷雾结构不仅降尘效果更好,而且截齿损耗更小,更耐用,不仅可以节约生产成本,还能更好地保障工作面安全生产,具有较好的推广价值。
In order to solve the problems of small amount of water supply, poor atomization effect and serious pick-up loss of the shearer spray system, the spray structure of shearer was improved, including water supply pipeline, cooling system, spray device and pipeline guard plate. And how to select spray structure material and how to strengthen spray structure system were put forward. The practical application results show that the improved spray structure not only has better dust removal effect, but also has smaller cutting loss and longer durability, which not only saves production costs, but also ensures the safe production of the working face. It has good popularization value.
