Design of Fault Diagnosis System for Main Equipment in Coal Preparation Plant

选煤厂设备在使用过程中,经常出现各类故障问题,对选煤厂领域的工作效率构成了重要影响,提高选煤厂设备的运行安全性,已成为重点关注方向。以选煤厂旋转设备常见问题分析为基础,设计开发了一套选煤厂设备故障诊断系统,并将其应用于新景矿选煤厂,测试结果表明,该故障诊断系统功能较为全面,系统运行稳定可靠,能较好地满足选煤厂的使用需求。

In the process of using coal preparation plant equipment, various kinds of failure problems often occur, which has an important impact on the efficiency of the field of coal preparation plant. Improving the operation safety of coal preparation plant equipment has become the focus. Based on the analysis of common problems of rotating equipment in coal preparation plant, a fault diagnosis system for equipment in coal preparation plant was designed and developed,and was applied in Xinjing coal mine. The test results show that the function of the fault diagnosis system is comprehensive, the system is stable and reliable, and it can meet the needs of the coal preparation plant.
