摘要
为提高掘进机截割头相关配套系统运行的可靠性,基于掘进机截割头相关配套设备的受力分析及相关公式计算,借助计算机仿真模拟,分析了掘进机截割头配套系统,并进行了相关验算,得出了掘进机截割头相关配套系统运行时的主要受力情况与具体扭矩值,经计算创建了坐标模型,对掘进机截割头实际切割煤层时的形态进行了分析,并提出了一系列优化改进掘进机截割头配套系统的措施,通过合理改变掘进机截割头直径的长度,可有效防止因截割头切割过深引发的过载停机现象,通过采用进口合金材料来制作掘进机截割头底座,有助于促进截割头均衡受力,可进一步提升掘进机截割头底座的安全性,稳定性。
In order to improve the reliability of the supporting system of the roadheader cutting head, based on the force analysis and related formula calculation of the relevant equipment of the roadheader cutting head, the computer simulation was used to simulate and analyze the roadheader cutting head. The supporting system and relevant checking calculations was carried out, and the main stress conditions and specific torque values of the supporting system of the roadheader cutting head were obtained. The coordinate model was created by calculation, and a series of measures to optimize the matching system of the roadheader cutting head were proposed. By reasonably changing the length of the cutting head diameter of the roadheader, the cutting head was prevented from cutting too deeply and causing the overload shutdown phenomenon. By using the imported alloy material to make the cutting head base of the roadheader, the balanced force of the cutting head was promoted, and the safety and stability of the cutting head of the roadheader were improved.
