摘要
为了降低煤矿电气设备开盖断电开关故障率,保证煤矿井下供电安全,对矿用KBZ型开盖断电开关在使用过程中存在的主要问题进行分析,并对其结构进行了优化改进。实际应用表明,经过优化改进,解决了原来存在的无法正常开盖和容易造成矿井大面积停电等技术难题,提高了开盖断电开关的安全性能和使用寿命。
In order to reduce the failure rate of cover opening power-off switch of electrical equipment in coal mine and ensure the safety of underground power supply, the main problems existing in the use of KBZ cover opening power-off switch in coal mine are analyzed, and its structure is optimized and improved. The practical application shows that after optimization and improvement, the existing technical problems such as unable to open the cover normally and easy to cause large-area power failure of the mine are solved, and the safety performance and service life of the cover opening power-off switch are greatly improved.
