95%草铵膦原药对穗状狐尾藻的毒性效应

摘要 研究了95%草铵膦原药对穗状狐尾藻的毒性效应。将穗状狐尾藻置于不同浓度的草铵膦药液中进行培养,14d时,连根拔除所有穗状狐尾藻,测量茎长、根长、植株总长,称量茎叶、根、植株的鲜重和干重,计算14d的各项指标数据,得到Er C50和Ey C50。结果表明,不同浓度草铵膦药液对狐尾藻各生长部分均产生了影响,14d时穗状狐尾藻茎长、根长、植物总长、茎叶鲜重、根鲜重、总鲜重、茎叶干重、根干重、总干重Er C50(mga.i./L)分别为1.17、2.50、1.33、1.17、1.53、1.20、0.623、1.58、0.681;14 d时穗状狐尾藻茎长、根长、植物总长、茎叶鲜重、根鲜重、总鲜重、茎叶干重、根干重、总干重Ey C50(mg a.i./L)分别为0.651、1.08、0.699、0.352、0.328、0.350、0.334、0.449、0.343。95%草铵膦原药对穗状狐尾藻存在一定的毒性效应。 To evaluate the toxicity of glufosinate-ammonium 95%TC on Myriophyllum spicatum,Myriophyllum spicatum were cultured in each concentration group of glufosinate-ammonium,on the 14 day,the roots of each Myriophyllum spicatum were uprooted,the stem length,root length,total plant length,fresh weight and dry weight of stem and leaf,root and plant were measured,and then the index data of Er C50 and Ey C50 were calculated.The results showed that the different concentration of glufosinate-ammonium in the course of an effect on the growth parts of Myriophyllum spicatum at the end of the 14 day,the Er C50(mg a.i./L)of the stem length,root length,plant total length,stem and leaf fresh weight,total fresh weight,stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight,total dry weight were 1.17,2.50,1.33,1.17,1.53,1.20,0.623,1.58,0.681,respectively;the Ey C50(mg a.i./L)of the stem length,root length,plant total length,stem and leaf fresh weight,total fresh weight,stem and leaf dry weight,root dry weight,total dry weight were 0.651,1.08,0.699,0.352,0.328,0.350,0.334,0.449,0.343,respectively.Glufosinate-ammonium has toxic effect on Myriophyllum spicatum.
